REQUIREMENTS OF MONACO VISA
When you attend your visa interview, you will need to present the required documents for a Schengen visa. There are a number of commonly required documents, for every visa type. In addition, some extra documents are required depending on the visa type you wish to obtain and the purpose of entry to Monaco or the Schengen zone.
General required documents for Monaco visa:

Letter of Invitation – which is a letter written by a resident in Monaco who is willing to host you during your stay in the principality. The letter should include details about the host, as their name, address and the relationship they have with the traveler.
Travel itinerary – that contains details about what the traveler will be doing in Monaco, where he or she will stay, and whether they will be traveling to the other countries or not.
Business Visa (When traveling to Monaco for business purposes)
Invitation letter from a company in Monaco faxed also to the corresponding consulate. This letter has to appear as an invitation to attend meetings or other similar events matching trade, industry or work.
A short profile of the company/organization where the applicant works and the position they hold there
A letter from the employer, describing the purpose of the travel as well as the itinerary of the days the applicant is going to spend within the Schengen zone.
If there were previous, trade relations between the two companies proof of such an event must be submitted
Medical Visa (When traveling to Monaco for medical purposes)
A letter by a doctor / clinic / hospital in the home country of the visa candidate, that he or she needs medical treatment in Monaco
Official confirmation of the treatment/appointment by the receiving medical institution (hospital/clinic) in Monaco
Proof that the applicant has sufficient financial means
Visa for Study / Training / Internship
Enrollment at an educational course (school / university / language course / etc.), or other institution in Monaco
No objection letter by the educational institution where the visa applicant is currently enrolled (if applicable)
Visa for Culture, Sports, Film Crew or Religious Purposes
Invitation letter from the above-mentioned authorities with details upon the nature of events or activities – purpose of visit, expense coverage

HOW TO APPLY A MONACO VISA

In order for your visa to Monaco application to be processed, you will have to pay a fee. The Schengen visa fees are the same for all 26 countries, including Monaco. These fees are as following
