2. Tajikistan Visa Application Form

E-visa

Tajikistan introduced electronic visas or e-Visas in January 2016. This visa allows short-term visitors to obtain a visa effortlessly. These e-Visas allow foreign citizens that want to visit the country for tourist purposes to complete an electronic application and receive the electronic visa without visiting a consulate. This visa is available only if you are not currently in Tajikistan. Application will fill the application form online with the important information. Once the online credit card payment is completed, they will receive their visas via email.

You should contact directly to the nearest Tajikistan embassy or consulate to check whether you need a visa to visit Tajikistan. If you must obtain a visa at the embassy/consulate, you should first prepare a complete and signed visa application form and submit with the required documents.

– After finishing the form, check all information again. The information filled in the form should be as clear and exact as possible.

– Finally, print the filled form out and sign it.

NOTE: The Visa application form should be completely filled and signed by Visa applicant and not another person. If the visa applicant is a minor (under 18), the application must be signed by a person having parental authority and their relationship should be included in parentheses (father, mother, guardian). If the visa applicant cannot sign, a cross may be used.
