Tuvalu is a group of low-lying islands and atolls in the South Pacific that form the fourth smallest country in the world.

Nationals of all Schengen Area states may enter Tuvalu visa-free for a maximum period of 90 days in any 180-day period.

Visas are not required by any other nationals for stays in Tuvalu of up to 30 days. All other nationals will receive a visa on arrival, which is valid for one month. This visa is free for nationals of American Samoa, Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Belize, the Cayman Islands, the Cook Islands, Fiji, the Gambia, Gibraltar, Grenada, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Montserrat, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, South Korea, Taiwan, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, the United Kingdom, Vanuatu and Zambia. For all other nations, a AUD $100 fee is charged.

TYPES OF TUVALU VISA

Tuvalu Tourist visa

This visa is issued for short period leisure travel or visiting friends and family in Tuvalu. No business activities permitted.

Tuvalu Business visa

This visa is issued for participating in shorterm business activities.

Tuvalu Transit visa

This is issued for transfering through a port in Tuvalu to the third destination.

  1. Passport

The passport must be original (not the copy of it), signed and valid in at least 6 months beyond stay. There must be at least one blank page for visa stamp.

  1. Financial Requirements:

Applicants must show the evidence of sufficient funds to support stay in destination such as pay stubs, traveler’s cheques or most recent bank statement.

  1. Proof Of Departure

Round-trip airline tickets must be confirmed

Tuvalu visa validity varies depending on the consulates discretion, it is often valid for 3 months.
