Zambia launched the e-Visa system in October 2015. Travelers who ordinarily require a visa to come to Zambia are eligible to apply through this procedure after submitting the required information and payment. Applicants will fill application form online with simple steps. We highly recommend that travelers print out the document. After approved electronic Visa will be sent on Arrival Tourist Letter. Upon presentation of the letter, the immigration official will provide the visa at the airport.

You should contact directly to the nearest Zambia embassy or consulate to check whether you need a visa to visit Zambia. If you must apply for a visa at the embassy/consulate, you should first prepare a complete and signed visa application form and submit with the required documents.

– Finally, print the filled form out and sign it.
NOTE: The Visa application form should be completely filled and signed by Visa applicant and not another person. If the visa applicant is a minor (under 18), the application must be signed by a person having parental authority and their relationship should be included in parentheses (father, mother, guardian). If the visa applicant cannot sign, a cross may be used.
