2. Bolivia Visa Application Form

There are the 51 visa-exempt countries whose citizens can travel to Bolivia with a passport only. Visitors in both above categories can stay in Bolivia for up to 90 days. There are the 20 countries whose citizens must obtain a special authorization before the visa is granted.

You should contact directly to the nearest embassy or consulate to check whether you need a visa to visit Bolivia. If you must obtain a visa, you should first prepare a complete and signed visa application form and submit with the required documents.

As the online application will require you to upload most requirements in electronic forms, the picture must be saved in JPEG format and not exceed 150 KB; as the other requirements must be saved in PDF and not exceed 500 KB size. NOTE: The Visa application form should be completely filled and signed by Visa applicant and not another person. If the visa applicant is a minor (under 18), the application must be signed by a person having parental authority and their relationship should be included in parentheses (father, mother, guardian).
